Extended Care Program Overview

Our unique program is made up of four components — Community Living, Outpatient Service, Work Therapy, and Fun and Adventures — designed to help you develop constructive behaviors and healthy lifestyle habits while engaging with the wider community. As you learn and practice sober living, you master skills needed to maintain long-term sobriety once you leave Mountainside and return to your everyday life.
